Pauley Construction opened its doors for business April of 1991 in Phoenix, Arizona. Shortly after acquiring an electrical rebuild contract from Arizona Public Service, our service area expanded into the Southwest region and beyond. See our current office locations. As geographic growth continued, Pauley expanded its customer base and adopted new technologies to satisfy our customers' needs for prompt, quality services.
Today, we serve trusting, long-standing customers in a dozen major Western markets stretching from California to Texas and from Arizona to Montana. It is that loyalty to our customers that sets us apart as People Making a Difference.

We have been recognized twice for our outstanding achievement in employee safety: as recipient of the William H. Feather Award, presented by the National Utility Contractor's Association and as recipient of the Mark Dryer Award, presented by the Arizona Chapter of NUCA. Our safety program includes a variety of training methods. Whether video presentations, live demonstrations, intensive training seminars, or in-field training, our programs are designed to increase awareness and promote an attitude and culture of safety. Damage Prevention workshops facilitated and performed by our utility customers, DOT and State Patrol presentations, workshops presented by OSHA.
